Always a good thing to Exercise in the Garden especially in the morning.
Basic science reveals that plants release oxygen during the day through photosynthesis.

If you ask me a better place to workout, I will tell you, the GARDEN. Yes! The air you inhaled is a cleaner one than in the gym or any other place.

My birthday was celebrated in the gym and later in the market. In the gym, I got people trained and in the market, we were selling and carrying water..lol!
