It funny but alot of people thought it was super impossible that we bake yummy breads without using the traditional style, and it not even just 1 flour options but 4 Ghanaian flours.

I must say it not so easy working with such flours ( i call them TOUGH 1 😂) so unbreakable but consistency has thought me how gentle they love to be treated just like my customers 😀

So yes we've been patient with each recipe to allow such care to flow through your bread each time .

Seriously I can't believe I'm still talking about our high protein bread 😂.
