What an incredible day of empowerment and partnership! Yesterday, Kade Government Hospital and Kwaebibirem Municipal Health Directorate had the distinct honor of joining forces with the Pentecost Church Kade during their annual Women's Week to deliver a comprehensive, all-round health screening for the community.

The response was truly inspiring, with over 150 women taking a proactive step for their health and well-being!

Our dedicated teams were on the ground, providing essential services and expert advice:

πŸŽ—οΈ Breast Cancer Team: Offering vital checks and life-saving information.
🌿 Herbal Medicine Team: Sharing insights into holistic and traditional wellness.
πŸ‘οΈ Eye Screening: Ensuring clear vision and early detection.
🍎 Nutrition Counselling: Delivering personalized guidance for a healthier lifestyle.
A special highlight was the dedicated educational sessions, where our Breast Cancer and Herbal teams empowered attendees with information to take control of their health.

A massive thank you to the leadership and women of Pentecost Church for their vision and incredible partnership. This is what building a healthier community together looks like!

πŸŽ€ What an incredible day of community partnership and public service! 🀝
The Kade Government Hospital, in collaboration with the Church of Pentecost Kade and supported by the Kwaebibirem Municipal Health Directorate , hosted a vital Breast Cancer Health Education and Screening program for the Ghana Society of the Physically Disabled.

Our dedicated team, led by the brilliant Public Health Nurse Eunice Ayimaa and supported by Esther from the RCH unit, delivered an exceptional session. Participants received crucial education and a clear, practical demonstration on how to perform breast self-examination at home – a life-saving skill!

The care didn't stop there! Our attentive wellness team was also on hand, offering free blood pressure (BP), FBS and RBS checks, providing personalized counseling based on their results.
This collaborative effort was a success, truly embodying the spirit of working together for better health outcomes in our community.

The train is on the move, and we want to reach your community next! Where should we stop? Drop your location in the comments section if you want the team to visit you! Let's continue to fight breast cancer together through awareness and early detection!

Big smiles and big plans here at Kade Government Hospital! 😊 We recently gathered our wonderful staff for an insightful workshop focused on something so important: planning for retirement.

We were fortunate to have an expert consultant, who has worked with big names like the United Nation Food and Agriculture Organization in the person of Mrs. Gifty Ofori, guide us through the session. She shared some truly eye-opening advice on smart budgeting and investing, leaving us with a powerful reminder: "Money will be the oil in your engine when you retire." What a great way to put it!

Our team absolutely loved the practical tips and left feeling super motivated to start putting their retirement budget plans into immediate use. It warms our hearts to see them so committed to securing their bright futures.
We believe in supporting our staff not just in their work, but in their life goals too!

What's one thing you wish you knew earlier about retirement planning? Let us know! πŸ‘‡
