A few months ago, we hit the pause button on our daily routines for a vital reason: a hospital-wide workshop on customer service facilitated by an expert in the person of Mrs. Gifty Ofori.
Our goal was and is to make sure our smiles are as healing as our medicine. π
We learned that a friendly "Akwaaba" and a listening ear can make a world of difference. Now, as the festive season approaches, we're putting those skills into overdrive.
