Diabetes Youth Care A Community creating awareness about diabetes and extending support to young Ghanaians living with diabetes through Education and Medical care.

This page aims to inform the general public about our work with young ones living with diabetes. It also serves as a source of interaction between the general public and the managers of the group. This page intends to also network health professionals interested in working with young people with diabetes and also showcase the various projects that we are working on.
