Behavior change is not an easy task but it's a necessary task if you want to achieve something worthwhile.

Choosing a "healthy option" when you go out to eat isn't as fun as ordering the hot sausages, fried rice and chicken, noodles, cheeseburgers, fries and sodas. But sometimes you have to do it in order to reach your health and fitness goals.

Finding a gym to workout doesn't sound as good as laying in bed or on your couch watching tv or scrolling through your phone. But sometimes you need to do it in order to reach your health or fitness goal.

Embrace the discomfort upfront so you can enjoy the best of both worlds later on.
