Stop overeating.
Stop eating to the point where you need to lie down because your body feels weak. Food is supposed to energize you, not drain you. If you struggle to get up from your seat after a meal, you didn't "enjoy the food," you overfed yourself.

Fat loss tip:

1. High protein = less cravings.

2. Calorie Deficit = You lose weight.

3. Calorie Deficit + Protein = You lose fat and keep muscle.

4. Calorie Deficit + Protein + Strength training = You lose fat and gain muscle.
