Losing weight with PCOS isn’t about working harder it’s about working smarter.

If you’ve been told, “It’s impossible to lose weight with PCOS,” you’ve been misled.

The truth?
You can achieve a healthy weight with Pcos when you use a science-backed strategy designed for your body.

Here’s What Actually Works:

1. Eat for Insulin Sensitivity

· Fill half your plate with non-starchy vegetables (e.g., kontomire, cabbage)
· Include lean protein with every meal (fish, beans, eggs)
· Choose high-fiber carbs like oats, whole grains, and legumes

2. Move with Purpose

· Strength training 2–3x/week to build metabolically active tissue
· Daily moderate activity (walking, cycling) to improve insulin function
· Avoid excessive cardio, which can raise cortisol

3. Support Your System Holistically

· Prioritize 7–8 hours of sleep per night
