INTRODUCTION

The Club was formed in the year 2015 September 1, by Gilbert Kobina Andorful with the aim of promoting fitness and overall wellbeing of his folks and the handicapped. And now the Club can boast of over one hundred and fifty [150] members and seven [7] instructors selected from the various security services in the country. CLUB INFORMATION

It uses water's buoyancy and resistance to make exercises effective while being gentle on joints, making it suitable for a wide range of fitness levels and physical conditions, including those recovering from injury or experiencing joint pain.

How it works:
*Buoyancy:* The water supports your body, reducing the effects of gravity on your joints and making movements feel easier.

*Resistance:* Water provides natural resistance, which increases the intensity of exercises like jumping jacks, marches, and squats, helping to build muscle and burn calories more efficiently than on land.
