Ginapharma Limited organises Free Health Screening for residents of Chogu-Tamale

Ginapharma Limited, living up to its commitment to provide ‘Quality Medicines for ALL’, recently organized a free health screening for residents and visitors of the Chogu community.

The Health Screening Team comprised four specialist doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals who provided screening for Hepatitis B, malaria, typhoid, blood pressure, and blood sugar.

The Managing Director, Dr. Nimo Charles, noted that High Blood Pressure was a common condition among the patrons, with 20% of the individuals over forty(40) years of age either being newly diagnosed or already aware of their hypertensive status.

In total, over 500 people were screened and given free medication.

This marks the second health screening within five (05) months, following the previous event at Pong-Tamale.
