Sexual dysfunction in men
The percentage of men who engage in some form of sexual activity decreases from 73% for men aged 57_64 years to 26% for men aged 75_85 years.
Many factors can contribute to secusl dysfunction ,including physical and psychological conditions.
Take my advice:
1_ Change lifestyle: practice exercises and reduce diet sugar and fat
2_Not stress

Abscess, Psoas.Rare condition.Case report in Kanifing General Hospital.

Collection of purulent fluid in the iliopsoas compartment; high morbidity and mortality if not promptly diagnosis and treatment.

Risk Factors
Primary psoas abscess:
IV drug use
Diabetes
HIV/AIDS
Active malignancy
Renal failure
Prior psoas muscle trauma (1,2,3)
Secondary psoas abscess:
Skeletal infections
Intra-abdominal infection
GU infections
Recent surgery (1,2,3)
Diagnosis
Diagnosis is often difficult.

CT scan is the preferred imaging modality; definitive diagnosis is made through image-guided percutaneous drainage (PCD) and culture.
Definitive organism is isolated in ~75% of cases (1).
History
Symptoms often nonspecific
The most common symptoms are fever, flank pain, abdominal pain, and limp.
Mortality rate in treated adults is ~5% (1,5). Untreated cases have ~100% mortality.
Mortality increases with advanced age, multiple comorbidities, delayed diagnosis, bacteremia/sepsis.

Diagnosis: Bilateral hydronephrosis secondary to stone disease.
Plan: Was done surgery to Left kidney and was removed stone 2×1 cm.
