✅ Réponse : D. Mélasma diffus

Pourquoi ?

🌞 𝐖𝐡𝐲 𝐢𝐬 𝐕𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐧 𝐃 𝐝𝐞𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐲 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐨𝐧 𝐢𝐧 𝐝𝐚𝐫𝐤 𝐬𝐤𝐢𝐧? 🧬

𝐕𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐧 𝐃 is unique — 𝐢𝐭’𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐨𝐧𝐥𝐲 𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐡𝐮𝐦𝐚𝐧 𝐛𝐨𝐝𝐲 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐞 𝐨𝐧 𝐢𝐭𝐬 𝐨𝐰𝐧, from cholesterol, when the skin is exposed to 𝐔𝐕𝐁 𝐫𝐚𝐲𝐬 from sunlight.

But this natural synthesis depends on the 𝐚𝐦𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐦𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐧 in the skin.
The number of 𝐦𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐨𝐜𝐲𝐭𝐞𝐬 (cells that produce melanin) is roughly the same for everyone.
👉 What differs is the size and distribution of melanosomes, the tiny structures that store melanin.

🔹 In dark skin: melanosomes are 𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐠𝐞𝐫, 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐧𝐮𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐬, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐥𝐲 𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐛𝐮𝐭𝐞𝐝, offering a 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐫 𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 against UV rays.
🔹 However, this protection also 𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐞𝐬 𝐔𝐕𝐁 𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, which means 𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐕𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐧 𝐃 𝐢𝐬 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐞𝐝.

➡️ As a result, under equal sun exposure, 𝐝𝐚𝐫𝐤 𝐬𝐤𝐢𝐧 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐞𝐬 𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐕𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐧 𝐃 than light skin.
This is not a disadvantage — it’s an 𝐞𝐯𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐚𝐝𝐚𝐩𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 to intense sunlight in tropical regions.

In areas with limited sunlight, however, this adaptation can increase the risk of 𝐕𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐧 𝐃 𝐝𝐞𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐲, highlighting the need for 𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐬𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧.

🌞 𝐏𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐪𝐮𝐨𝐢 𝐥𝐞 𝐝𝐞́𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐭 𝐞𝐧 𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐃 𝐞𝐬𝐭-𝐢𝐥 𝐩𝐥𝐮𝐬 𝐟𝐫𝐞́𝐪𝐮𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐬𝐮𝐫 𝐩𝐞𝐚𝐮 𝐟𝐨𝐧𝐜𝐞́𝐞 ? 🧬La 𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐃 est unique : c’est 𝐥𝐚 𝐬𝐞𝐮𝐥𝐞...

🌞 𝐏𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐪𝐮𝐨𝐢 𝐥𝐞 𝐝𝐞́𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐭 𝐞𝐧 𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐃 𝐞𝐬𝐭-𝐢𝐥 𝐩𝐥𝐮𝐬 𝐟𝐫𝐞́𝐪𝐮𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐬𝐮𝐫 𝐩𝐞𝐚𝐮 𝐟𝐨𝐧𝐜𝐞́𝐞 ? 🧬
