There is a difference in between doing a beginner asana in a advanced way and doing a advanced asana in a beginner way.

When developing our practice it is good not to confuse the two.

In this picture I am doing this asana in a beginner way, I remember my breath was short and I was simply keeping a steady flow with throat control, giving priority to staying sable and being able to progressing into and out of the asana smoothly (as in without hurting myself 馃ぃ).

Yoga practice composed of a strong standing flow (1) and a strong kneeling flow (2). Both connect without rest, and the idea is to have a continuous internal build of energy by maintaining a continuous movement and breath flow throughout the entire sequence, one breath one movement (always slow and controlled).

We then redirect the energy and contain it in mahamudra (3) and keep this inward movement through pranayama (4). With step 5 we work with humming and concentration as a way to prepare the mind for meditation at a later date.

This is quite a powerful practice while maintaining a general intermediate level of techniques.

Works really nice as a steady continuous workout, no rest , but also without sprinting. Keep your rhythm from start to finish.
