Satya Loka Traditional Yoga & Tantra Radasi & Yorgos have 60 years combined experience on the path of Yoga, Meditation and Tantra.

Satya Loka is a school rooted in an authentic Indian lineage of Tantra & Yoga. Radasi & Yorgos, the main teachers, married in India in 2017 and now live in Europe & India. They have also been entrusted to pass on the teachings of Traditional Tantra & Sharabh Yog following years of practice and initiation in Tantra sadhana through Shivoham Tantra. Their commitment is to help guide others in Truth & Consciousness through a friendly and personal approach.

In 2022 we were honoured to participate in the ritual of removing the hair of our sister Miriam, and witnessing her profound courage as she took her hair and offered it to Mother Ganga river in Rishikesh, India.

She felt the calling to completely remove her hair, to facilitate a deep letting go of attachment, and as a group of sisters on our Yogini 200hr Yoga & Tantra Teacher Training we embraced it as part of our sacred journey too, contemplating how in various ways we can too let go of what no longer serves us. Becoming free from attachments that bind us.

We all took part and held space for Miriam, chanting sacred mantras, each of us taking the scissors to remove part by part.

In the end she took a Holy Bath, and through the Grace of Ganga, was born anew.

A day in the life of a Yogini can bring unexpected transformation,
that comes in many different forms.

Yoga Nidra for deep Relaxation, Healing and revealing Awareness

Yoga Nidra is often interpreted as a technique simply for relaxation,
when in fact the main benefit is to bring awareness into the conscious and sub conscious levels of our being.
This brings deep healing and presence.

Yorgos has mastered this science with over 35 years of practice.

Once a year he offers a Yoga Nidra Retreat at Olympus Greece.
This retreat is a direct method for anchoring awareness.
And we don’t say that lightly.
It will also benefit those of you wishing to teach this science.

Last year’s participants including are amazed and inspired at how they have easily integrated this as a continuous daily practice, and offers the technique to help others dive deeper.
