I named her goddess because I thought devima will protect her always and give power to her.

I found her one day when I was coming back home vaccinating and way back I was just sharing thought to my husband about the cats who are not protected and found . She had broken her one leg and walking with three legs crying for food and she was so small and so strong still walking and trying to heal herself. I think she didnt know yet she was left with 3 legs. We sent her to hospital after we found her and they kept her 10 days. Operated her and now she is back all good all fine and truly appreciating life. I was amazed to see her playing with our cat .

Now after sending her to hospital she looks much better. They had to cut her leg but she is so much better than before. Now mia isn't scared before he was when she was hurt. We decided to keep her so we can motivate her to move on. She quickly started to learn bieng with our other cat which is same age like hers.

Thank you to the veterans here in alexandroupoli even during covid-19 they did consider seeing her and giving her organic therapy suggestion to heal her wound.
We pray for her on this day to get cured sooner. is doing wonders already. I suggest anyone who has cats to use this oil to heal wounds.

Lots of love to family and friends and welcome devi little goddess who will rise and shine , hip and hop . She is already playing,jumping and many activities. She indulged with mia and learned a lot of things. She has mia as mentor and I see it in her constantly learning from him even though they fight sometimes.

I am so happy to have these two in my life. Together they are who teach me life as it is. They are so strong and self healing.

Benifit of doing this posture are many.
I have listed some of them here
• It strengthens and tones your obliques and abs.
• This posture is energizing and also stretches the spine
•Chest opener it opens the shoulders which helps to breath freely .
• Works on your hip flexors
• Releases tension around the neck
• It cleanses the internal organs .
• It will improve the digestion.

Did you know ? Doing Matsyendrasana everyday could work wonders on trapezius, anterior deltoid, pectoralis major, re**us abdominis, obliques, tensor fascia lata,gluteus medius ?

Yes it does try it today .
Start from ardhamatsyendrasana which is half fish pose.

1.Sit in dandasana
2.Bend your right knee and send the right knew towards left and ground your feet down .
3. Send the left foot into your right hips. Point your left foot towards right hip .
4. Ground your hips down and buttocks grounded to the mat
5. Lift your left hand above aligned to the left shoulder and right hand down below your tail bone.
6.Bend your left elbow and tuck elbow outside of your left knee and point your fingers down to the mat. Push the elbow towards outside of the knew
6.Inhale and feel the spine lengthening and exhale slowly and twist the abdominal to the left side . Keep your buttocks grounded.
7. Make sure to keep your raise from your tailbone as you inhale and ground it down as you exhale to feel the grounding and alignment .

My little mia, I don' feel different than a mother, I feel you, when you look at me as your mother when you pour on me with that sound, I feel you, while sleeping together , we eat , we play. I can't forget how when you get angry you go to guest room and I know each your moves. When you are free outside, I feel free, when you are in danger I feel before it comes to your way, You have made me understand the instinct how it works. I knew one kind of instinct but you made me realize the intensity of it. Every day I pray to god to give you the longest year so you live your life fully. Even if that wish would cost to take my prana, I really don't mind. I hope things could work that way then I would give all of my year. You deserve all that adventure and your life to live ,love and play. Now you are so small but I think for me you will always remain like a small kid. May god bless you with all happiness. If it was possible for me to make you meet your mother I would do it . I see you when you want to play with one of your kind but they attack you and you don't understand why ? Sorry that you haven't explored your world fully because I keep protecting you bec of the fear of loosing you .
Life is continous struggle of releasing fears but now I realized by being a mother of you that there is one fear that connects all fear and freedom is the "HEART OF MOTHER".
I understand my mother now when she says - " Do what you want, but, I got to know you are okay to be free otherwise I am a prisoner of my fear of unknown.

" I could live you free only if I knew you would be okay ".

I always knew right from the time I spent a year in intense meditations that one thing that protects your soul is the truth and another light that shines you within is love . Where there is love there is light and truth and where there is darkness is the lie and hatred .
But ,This is a journey we are in correct, a journey where we got to pass the darkness within us to understand the light and shine with truth.The truth is my child I love you no matter what even if I have one child of my own child it's not different it's the same for me. Soon you will be big and free to explore fully

Standing Big Toe Hold or Extended Hand-to-Big-Toe Pose is a standing balancing asana in modern yoga as exercise.

• Strengthens the ankle leg and back of the legs .

• Best asana for balance and hamstring strech

Preparatory postures are
• Supta padangushta asana
• Uttana asana
• Supta virasana

Try it with the wall and slowly off the wall.

Keep practicing until you get it .

This is the day in .
killed with 10 heads . We have so much to learn from all these story's. I grew up learning these story's and being fascinated with these .
I miss india my family back home. Love you guys have a great year ahead.

For ones who don't know about this its 10 days festival in october we call it navratri praying for 9 days on 9 occasions including praying to vehicles ayudha puja,oil bath , praying to godess being clean and 10th day Das( number 10) is the day to remember the auspicious day towards end of ravan.

The great day of dussehra indicates , as the word suggests, Dasa- papa - hara or the end of 10 sins .
The ten sins are attributed towards 10 sense organs through which the mind contacts and gains knowledge of the phenomenal world, and also reacts to the stimuli from the world of objects.
Let's kill the ravan within
May this year be about wisdom and cleansing of our own selves and making this world better place to live. Happy dussehra

1. - Hip opener

2. - 5 reps with breath
good chest opener and good for flexibility of spine

3. - Strengthens the pelvis

4. Lie down on your back choose a restoration with or lotus or just lie down and breath to feel your body and calm the mind

It's a short work out and very effective . please modify it as you need according to your comfort as you see I did modify the other leg in supta padangushta asana as I have had injury many years back so I got to be gentle when body asks for it and I am modifying not to have any irritation . You are free to modify it according to your needs.

I thank my teacher jyothi, since covid started I kept asking my teacher to come online and teach. Everytime he denies me and says If I am lazy. He says "since you are doing it do it for a long time and choose what you want to achieve", you dont need me; your mind is saying so but you dont need me.
I don't know he gives me light by believing in me in times I don't believe in myself. I feel like a child who is being supported my a parent to be independent from jyothi. He supports me to the idea of archery and also explains me every state of mind to philosophy. Today I should say yes he is right in many ways and sometimes I am right in many ways that he needs to also listen we have such strong bond that cannot be broken from any disturbance or fluctuations of mind.
I had an accident during 21 year old. I feel from a rock and broke my knee from left I could literally see the bones out that's all I remembered that day and went unconscious.Next moment doctors told me I shouldn't do many things. I still was stubborn and hoping I can do and started to do surya namaskar in my grannies house and was above to make another accident to myself and my granie came at the right time. That was the day of surrender for me . Surrendering to myself listening to my body and convincing my mind to stay subtle . and helped me those times in the beggining to keep my self subtle slowly I started to practice with what I can do and the journey has been long since then now I am 29 and with so many years I had a bomb of feelings which taught me lots lots of things. I thank from heart and soul for giving me that strength to keep up and flexibility of mind to be subtle on myself but walk those steps again and reach to this day. I feel so happy through I could reach until here. If I could do it anyone can do it .
All that you got to do is believe in yourself and practice. It will show you the light and steps to walk your .

1. surya namaskar a - 5 repeatations
2. surya namaskar b - 5 repeatations
3. standing sequences - Fundamental standing series
4. sitting sequences - sitting postures
5. finishing sequences . Advanced postures and Inversions

dhristi - Gaze -Nasarga dhristi - focus on tip of nose or gaze to the direction towards tip of the nose.

breathing -ujjai or bandhas

Grounding -Hands and legs . focus on mound and heels of hands and legs

I am sharing my practice for now of Sun salutation a and would upload slowly practice of sun salutation b and other sequence each Sunday's.

is the morning rituals for anyone who likes to have a pleasant and energetic day. Whenever you don't have enough time to practice just try this quick 30 minutes $suryanamaskar . 10 rounds for the beggining.

It has great benifit for people who round their back through office work,
Sitting all day and having problem in their lower back and thoracic. For one who do not have strength in the arms and shoulders.

This is a great way to start on your own .

Suryanamaskar translates to salute to the sun.

Benifit- It is the beginning of all postures which is opens up Pelvic,
Abdominal, chest , thoracic , and upper back. It helps in strengthening our body and mobilizing the body same time.

If practice is based in order to focus the strength add Chaturanga if not change it to ashtanga or Phenix pose

Start with 10 rounds atleast when you are new and
For best result keep increasing the rounds every time.

We know that the most difficult time of concentration is when we feel like we are standing on a stone that is continously shaking to Left and Right and if we want to still stay then we need to find the center to balance and bring the attention of both side to the center.

Same with "Mind" its always shaking through forms of waves from our thoughts from left hemisphere of our brain to right.

The moment we find the center we are able to understand the theory of gravity and stability and the serenity of mind.

Challenging is not when we are all good. It is when we are most unstable and still we try the best to concentrate to find the balance and be stable .
