And this is where Victoria Kitanov, an award-winning artist steps in. She is known for helping women explore what they are truly capable of creating.

This workshop is all about art and food (they go hand in hand), set in a relaxed, social environment where you can let your mind wander, while being gently guided with painting techniques, in a supported environment.

When I’ve been speaking with Dolly Daggerz, one thing is undeniable - she is an absolute powerhouse! She carries real stage presence from years as a performer, and what struck me most was how naturally she draws boldness out of other women.

And that’s exactly what 'Rock & Chair Dance Confidence' Workshop is about.

Have you ever noticed the stories you’ve carried about your body over the years? The subtle messages to shrink, soften, stay small, or not draw attention to yourself? Dolly begins by gently guiding you through a group exercise to uncover and reframe those limiting beliefs that may have shaped how you see yourself.

Then, in true rockstar style, she helps you name and access your inner performer, with simple, beginner-friendly choreography designed for complete novices.

This workshop is all about expression. Rock stars improvise. They laugh through the “mistakes.” They move in ways that feel powerful to them.

In a room full of women cheering each other on, you’ll feel safe enough to try something new, perhaps something you’d never dare attempt back home.

And the endorphins from moving around your body, will remind you that confidence has no age limit.

It can be daunting to arrive at a retreat not knowing a single person.

Joining a women’s retreat like the Ultimate Girls Week Away for the first time, on your own, can feel like a big step. But that small feeling of uncertainty is often what makes the experience so much more meaningful.

Carolyn did exactly that.

Happy Easter everyone 🤍

Wishing you a beautiful day, however you choose to spend it. Whether you’re surrounded by family, sharing moments with friends, or simply taking time out, I hope today brings a sense of peace, warmth, and (if possible!!!) a chance to slow down.

My focus over this break is to spend time with family, reconnect with a few friends, and appreciating what really matters.

Not sure you are creative? Artful Giving via Inspiration Cards might change your mind.

In this hands-on workshop, Tracey will guide you to create inspirational handmade cards using simple mixed media techniques. It is playful, supportive, and open to all levels, especially for women who think they “can’t do art.” You will leave with new skills, greater confidence, and understanding that art does not need to be complicated to be meaningful.

All materials provided. If mixed media and creativity are already your thing, amazing. And if this workshop is not for you right now, there are plenty of other beautiful workshops to choose from on your UGWA retreat journey.

Did you know many women who come on these trips come on their own?

They often arrive not knowing anyone, but by the end of the week, beautiful friendships have formed and so many of those connections continue well beyond the retreat experience.

That’s one of the things I love most about Ultimate Girls Week Away Retreats (hence the name!). It’s not just about going somewhere beautiful together. It’s about what happens when women from different walks of life come together, open up, share experiences, laugh, reflect, and simply allow themselves to be part of something bigger.

There is also so much personal growth in the process.

You learn more about yourself. You see yourself differently. You have space to relax, connect, and be supported, while also taking part in experiences that leave you feeling more whole, grounded, and alive.

It's the best retreat of all.
