Healing Touch Andros was founded by Deborah to help people "Stay in Touch with your Body"

Deborah is a Holistic Healthcare Practitioner, Thai Massage Practitioner Usui Reiki Master Practitioner and certified IN.FORM Coach. During her Reiki treatments she uses healing crystals to enhance and strengthen the healing process by balancing the Chakras. Deborah has also completed a Traditional Thai Massage Certification Course in March 2023. Thai massage is not a classical massage it is more a therapeutic Massage. This best known healing system has existed in Thailand for thousands of years. Thai Massage is a therapeutic system that combines different principles and techniques to relieve pain, sprains, muscle inflammations, reducing joint stiffness, stretching tendons and improving mobility. The stretching techniques used in Thai massage helps increase the flow of oxygen and nutrients to the tissues and eliminates toxins and increases the metabolism.

Bicycle crunches
Dumb swing Bicep extension
Goblet squats

Each exercise 10-15 reps

Do something good for your health and enjoy this perfect morning cocktail!! 🍹 💗

Just put juice of one lemon over half cucumber, add one inch of ginger or grated. Add 1 cup water.. blend all in a food processor or blender.

Reduces swelling in the body,natural diuretic,Detoxes, deeply cleanses kidneys,improves digestion and speeds up metabolism, helps with inflammation.

And it even tastes good!!😉
