💭 Ever left a therapy session thinking, “Am I even making progress?”
You’re not alone — so many people feel that way, even after 10, 15, or 25 sessions.
✨ Progress doesn’t just happen in therapy — it happens between sessions.
Showing up regularly, sleeping well, staying hydrated, moving your body, trying the tools you talk about — it all counts.
💡 Sometimes what’s holding us back isn’t laziness… it’s fear.
Old patterns once kept us safe, but now they might be keeping us stuck — and that’s OK. It’s part of the process.
🤝 The right therapist matters. You can do all the “right” things, but if you don’t feel safe or understood, growth will be hard.
🗣️ If you don’t feel progress, say so. A good therapist will want that conversation — therapy works best as teamwork, not silent struggle.
🌿 Therapy isn’t about “fixing” yourself — it’s about walking the path with support, rest, honesty, and courage.
Progress isn’t always big breakthroughs; sometimes it’s choosing calm over reaction, or finally getting a peaceful night’s sleep.
