Presence over presents. Christmas has become a perverted cooperation greed campaign to justify our societal worth. We all know this for those who can see with our hearts.
Remember whether you are rich or poor financially.....
You are enough by showing up as your authentic self in every moment. Honesty and open transparency is the greatest gift you can give to the planet and humanity at this time.
This is what love is; the true essence of the Christ.
Don’t forget the Love that you are and everyone else is too.
Love knows itself without boundaries meaning it shows up in many unique forms.
Some people are Love blind because they are scared to show up as their true selves; instead feeling the pressure behind our world’s narcissistic and material media programming
to work overtime so they can buy their relatives and family members presents to show their expression of love even in times of economic collapse...Love is subjective to interpretation with no boundaries and no defining judgements of right or wrong. It’s about pure intention.
We all show Love in our own ways and that’s ok.
Love is acceptance of all things no matter the expression. Whether we agree or disagree with those around us, when you show up as your authentic self you aren’t bound to a particular perception and can successfully frequency modulate a connection on a wavelength to pull people into your own Love field without an interaction carrying the undertones of fear through rejection.
Most people don’t show up because they are scared of rejection. By being the love that you are; you give people permission to show up and that is a gift that doesn’t come around too often which is priceless.
Everyone has something to learn and something to teach through the many eyes of the one.
The greatest present is your own presence. Intention stretches beyond the superficial material plane.

Am I in service of others and motivated by a deep desire to spread the message of Love? Am I conscious of the impact my words and actions have upon others? Am I making sincere and genuine shifts in my perception of reality? Am I really beginning to feel and sense the true value of Love? Am I beginning to feel in control of my mind? Am I aware of what is really going on in the world? Am I sincerely questioning every aspect of my life without judgment, but with the intent of wanting to become a Loving Being? Am I in LOVE or fear?

remember that the Na'vi,
the natives of Pandora,
instead of saying "I love you"
They used to say "I see you."

To see the other is to recognize him/her
as someone very similar to you,
go beyond surfacing
and immerse yourself in Being.

It means more than seeing
the other physically.
It means to see a look
loving inside the other,
with understanding, acceptance
and connection of our common vulnerability, humanity and Divinity.

I see your pain.
I see your strengths.
I see you and accept
Everything I see,
even what I dislike
even what is different
to my beliefs.

I see your light
I see you without judging you
without blaming you

I see you beyond any
expectation and projection,
since they can harm you
and hide your identity
deeper.
I see you in all your dimensions
and in the wealth of all your
experiences.

I see you, it is my way of receiving you unconditionally, and by doing so
I allow you to see and receive you as you are.

I see you, it means letting yourself be irradiated,
without filters, without masks and without fears.

When I say "I see you"
is that I'm leaving
aside my judgment,
my prejudices
to see you for real
entirely,
how you really are
and I accept you
exactly how you are

I see you because
I can see
myself too

"That's how I exist for you."
I respect you,
I value you,
You are important to me
and I accept you

WHAT IS REIKI?

Rei = Universal / Ki = Life force energy

Reiki is an energy therapy where the reiki energy (which is the universal life force energy) flows from my hands to you as you lay down and relax.

Universal Life Force Energy — what is it? All living things — be it an animal, plant or human — have essentially the same energy flowing through us, keeping us alive.

How does it work? This energy has an innate intelligence, which is a term used to describe its natural ability to organize, maintain functioning and restore health.

An example of this is when you cut your cut finger. All you have to do is make sure the cut is clean. There’s no need for you to will your body to heal the cut. The innate intelligence of the Life inside you knows there’s something that requires attention, to be restored to health, and so will go there to heal it.

When you have a reiki session, the innate intelligence of the reiki energy (i.e. life force energy) knows where to go and what to do for whatever you require most at the time. The cool thing is that it goes to all levels of a person: physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.

Physically, reiki assists the natural process of healing to occur more quickly, and can relieve aches and pains. Emotionally, mentally and spiritually it clears blockages to allow energy to flow and restore balance.

The most common effect of reiki is a feeling of inner peace and calm.

Will it work for me? Ultimately, what this means is that reiki is able to assist with almost anything.

Every person is different, so every person will have a different result. For some people, the changes are immediate and obvious.
