It translates to stiffness, pain, blockage of energy.
The more we activate, the more we open and move the hips and release the pelvis the more we allow the body to clear of those blockages and memories of the past traumas.

Mobility, strength and activation of the pelvis/hips.

Also information is flowing from the brain to the rest of our body (all the way to cellular level).
But to do all that we have to love our spine.

Είδαμε τον Φεβρουάριο να μπαίνει με μια μικρή πρακτική με θέμα η σπονδυλική στήλη μας, η λεωφόρος ενέργειας και πληροφοριών για όλο μας το σώμα.
Μια ώρα κινήσεων και στατικών θέσεων δίνοντας ευλυγισία, δύναμη και αντοχή στη στήλη που μας κρατάει όρθιους, δυνατούς και ελεύθερους να αναπνεύσουμε ελεύθερα και εύκολα. Δίνοντας έτσι την ευκαιρία στο φυσιολογικό μας σώμα να δουλέψει σωστά και στην εσωτερική μας οντότητα να βρει χαλάρωση και ηρεμία μέσα στη δύναμη.
