is a month of reflecting on the past year and preparing for the new year.
It's a time of the year when we look back and see how 2022 was against our goals, professionally and personally.
This year I was more focused on my family - as you might know, our third kiddo was born this summer, as well it was a lot of running with the other two kids - schools, and out-of-school activities.
Despite being busy, I didn't give up on my professional goals:
✅I launched new products this year, focused on new and expecting parents, such as the 1st year Milestone cards and the ''Dream Big, My Baby!'' book - photo album.
✅Published newest ''Dream Big 2022-2023'' planner with the traveling theme.
✅Left my office job to start offering Human Resources outsourcing services (dealing with a couple of good clients already)
✅In general, for me, it's a huge year of learning, which I hope to continue in 2023.
