On Wednesday, October 1st, I had the pleasure of attending the presentation of Fotini Papadimitriou’ new book «Η Πρώτη Έποικος (The First Greek Female Settler), hosted at the Australian Embassy in Athens by H.E. invited by Varvara Athanasiou-Ioannou

It was such an inspiring evening with strong Ipirotisses women creating history! Foteini beautifully highlighted the story of her grandmother Catherine Plunkett-Sommer, the first free Greek woman settler in Australia. The event brought together friends, colleagues, and distinguished guests in a warm atmosphere of dialogue, history, and culture.

A heartfelt congratulations to Fotini for this remarkable work that sheds light on an important piece of Greek-Australian history. 🇬🇷🇦🇺

Grateful to have shared this special evening with wonderful people and meaningful conversations.

And so August ended with the inspiring conference in 🇫🇷.
For four days, we shared ideas, practices, and concerns with colleagues from all over the world.

Highlights included:
🌍 the confluence with from Latin America
⚖️ discussions on social justice & our responsibility as therapists beyond the therapy room.
💡 workshops & keynotes that enriched our systemic toolbox

It was a joy to present with , , and ._ ioannis Efthymiadis on “Bridging the Gap: A Cross-Cultural Approach to Workplace Harassment”.
