Another year, another recognition, another milestone in our sustainability journey!

We are proud to announce that Pharmathen has once again been awarded the Silver Medal by EcoVadis, scoring an impressive 75/100 in the 2025 sustainability assessment and a ranking in the 92nd percentile overall!

This achievement reflects our ongoing commitment to responsible business practices and continuous improvement across all four EcoVadis pillars.

Since beginning our EcoVadis journey in 2022, we have improved our score by 8 percentile points, thanks to robust ESG policies, transparent reporting, and the seamless integration of sustainability into every aspect of our operations.

One small gesture at a time! 🍦

At Pharmathen, we believe in standing by children and their families not only through continuous support and initiatives but also through simple, heartfelt moments.

In 2024, our commitment took shape through our contribution to the creation of the first Ronald McDonald House Charities Greece Family Room at “Agia Sophia” Children’s Hospital in Athens, a dedicated space where families of hospitalized children can rest, recharge, and find moments of peace while staying close to their little ones. Αnd our commitment continues in 2025, as we stand by these families with even more care and support.

As part of this ongoing support, a group of 20 Pharmathen volunteers from our Attica and Alexandroupoli sites visited the Family Room to share smiles with children, their families, and the nursing staff.

From scooping ice cream to sharing smiles, our volunteers helped create a day filled with warmth and care, a small act of kindness that reflects our long-term commitment to making a difference where it truly matters.

To all the families, children, nursing staff and the team of RMHC: thank you for the strength you inspire every day! 💙

🌍 To mark this year’s World Environment Day, we embraced the power of responsible consumption, because each of us has a role to play as a responsible citizen.

We are continuing our 60-Minute Talks series, and this month we welcomed Nikos Charalambides, Executive Director of Greenpeace Greece, for an inspiring session on how our everyday choices impact the planet. 🌿

At , we believe in supporting people through meaningful action.

That’s why we contributed to the creation and ongoing care of the first Ronald McDonald House Charities Greece Family Room at “Agia Sophia” Children’s Hospital, a space where families of hospitalized children can pause, breathe, and feel supported, even for a little while.

Since opening, the Family Room has welcomed hundreds of families, offering 228 overnight stays for 684 families and 277 daytime visits. It provides a calm, supportive environment just steps from their child’s bedside, a lifeline especially for families from remote areas or those facing financial hardship, whose children are battling health issues.

We remain committed to initiatives that bring real comfort and care to those in need.

Με την πολύτιμη υποστήριξη της Pharmathen, ως πλατινένιο δωρητή, κάνουμε πράξη τη δημιουργία και συντήρηση της πρώτης Οικογενειακής Αίθουσας στην Ελλάδα, στο παιδιατρικό νοσοκομείο «Αγία Σοφία».
Η Pharmathen, ιδρύθηκε το 1969, και έχει εξελιχθεί σε μία από τις μεγαλύτερες, καθετοποιημένες εταιρείες ανάπτυξης τεχνολογιών σύνθετων φαρμακευτικών σκευασμάτων. Παραμένει προσηλωμένη στο όραμά της να βελτιώνει τις ζωές των ανθρώπων μέσω της καινοτομίας και της πρόσβασης σε προσιτά φάρμακα.
