Vassiliki-Bessy Trigka is the Founder of All-in-Yoga (2010) and the pioneer instructor who introduced Forrest Yoga in Greece in 2008 and Antigravity Aerial Yoga in 2011. In October 2012, All-in-Yoga has relocated and expanded to All-in-Yoga+ adding Antigravity and Pilates with the support of exceptional professional instructors. All-in-Yoga+ now allows you to enhance and fine-tune your exercise and achieve the level of improvement you strive for in any scenario that suits your schedule and expenditure choice, without any locked-in membership fees. ✨ A Heart Overflowing with Gratitude Weekend - BeWell Festival 2025✨

This past weekend at the BeWell Festival (27 & 28 September) was nothing less than a celebration of connection, inspiration, and light.

With deep gratitude to Christina 🙏 & Sakis 🙏 for inviting me into this radiant gathering you so beautifully created.

Your vision and devotion to wellness brought together souls, practices, and energies that truly uplifted us all. It was an honor to walk this path with you.

The festival became a tapestry of precious encounters:
✨ Reuniting with beloved friends, colleagues and yoga teachers who have been companions on my journey for so many years.
✨ Cherishing the laughter, the conversations, and the presence of , , , , , , , of you holds a bright place in my heart.

Is a beautiful journey with endless Love, Laughter and Challenges that shapes us into the best version of ourselves.

From the moment that I held each of them in my arms, my heart expanded in a ways I never thought is possible! 💖

Every day brings new adventures from soothing tears to celebrating milestones, from bedtime stories to endless cuddles.

It is a delicate balancing act of nurturing their individuality while fostering a bond that will last a lifetime ♾️

They are my Greatest Teachers, showing me patience, resilience and unconditional love.

There are times that I wear many hats - hat teachers, cheerleaders and sometimes referee being a constant source of love, support and guiding them though life’s ups and downs with my devotion.

I cherish every hug, every kiss and every moment shared. As I hug them every night my heart overflows with gratitude for the privilege of being their mother!

I am endlessly thankful for the privilege of guiding, nurturing and witnessing the incredible journey of these two precious souls ✨✨
