Για ένα άτομο, δύο με συνοδευτικό ή πολύ μικρά, μία σελινόριζα χωρίς το ανθισμένο λοφίο, δυόμιση καρότα, 3 δαμάσκηνα χωρίς κουκούτσι, 1 φρέσκο κρεμμυδάκι, ελαιόλαδο ένα φλυτζάνι μικρό, ενάμιση λεμόνι, αλάτι, πιπέρι για όποιον θέλει, εγώ σπάνια βάζω, σήμερα δεν έβαλα, βράσιμο μέχρι να κάτσει κ να λιώσει το σέλινο, χωρίς να αρπάξει, σηκώνει κ ζωμό έτοιμο, εγώ έβαλα έναν κύβο ζωμό κότας Knorr. Είμαι σίγουρη ότι ξέρετε πώς να το παρουσιάσετε όμορφο!!!!!

Ακολουθεί συκωτάκι ψητό ζουμερό μοσχαρίσιο, κοτόσουπα αυγολέμονο με ρύζι κ σουπιές στιφάδο.... Λογικά θα μπούνε κ spring rolls ή samosas με αρακά, πιτάκια λαχανικών ή φασολάκια με ντομάτα κ ένα σουφλέ ζυμαρικών με αλλαντικά, νεφροσυκωταριές γλυκόξινες ή φρικασέ...!!!!!

The Saturday day out, club sandwich night and Sunday fish with rice or potatoes.... Toasted cheesy or plain salty snacks in between
