Sunday morning thoughts... 🌿

A common question we hear is whether a week on Crete is enough to truly reset. Our guests often provide the best answer. Some, like Ellen, have been practicing yoga for 45 years and still find fresh inspiration in Eugenia's guidance. Others return simply for the stillness that Laure found in our "haven of peace."

This May (4–11), we gather again under the olive trees. Eugenia will lead the Iyengar practice, while we provide the authentic Cretan hospitality and home-cooked meals our center is known for.

- Μάγειρας/ισσα χορτοφαγικής κουζίνας (πρωινά κ βραδινά για 15-20 άτομα με βάση την παραδοσιακή ελληνική κουζίνα )

- Καμαριέρα / καθαρίστρια για ξενώνα 4 δωματίων

- Ζευγάρι / 2 φίλες για τις θέσεις μάγειρα-ισσας κ καμαριέρας /καθαρίστριας

Δεξιότητες μάγειρα/ισσας:
• Τουλάχιστον 3ετής εμπειρία στη χορτοφαγική μαγειρική
• Γνώσεις διατροφολογίας κ δυσανεξιών
• Σχεδιασμός γευμάτων κ δημιουργικότητα
• Προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια κ οργανωτικότητα
• Συνεργατικότητα
