In Jungian and Sandplay perspectives, the African women of Pelourinho in Salvador embody archetypal images of the Great Mother, the ancestral feminine, and cultural memory. Their presence evokes resilience, continuity, and the living transmission of African-Brazilian identity shaped through history, ritual, and collective suffering.

In Sandplay, such figures may symbolize a reconnection with ancestral roots, embodied wisdom, and the strength of the collective feminine, offering containment and grounding during processes of healing and individuation.

Jungian & Sandplay Symbolism of the Charpai

In Jungian symbolism, the charpai—a traditional woven bed from Pakistan—can be seen as a holding vessel of the psyche. Its woven structure reflects the interconnectedness of relationships, ancestry, and the collective unconscious, offering support through tension and balance rather than rigidity.

⭐️Το Jungian Sandplay Therapy αποτελεί μία μη-λεκτική, μη-γνωστική μέθοδο ψυχοθεραπείας, κατάλληλη για ενήλικες, εφήβους και παιδιά.
Απευθύνεται σε ψυχιάτρους, παιδοψυχιάτρους, ψυχολόγους, συμβούλους ψυχικής υγείας, παιγνιοθεραπευτές, Art Therapists κτλ.
🎯Η Εκπαίδευση διαρκεί 120 ώρες που πραγματοποιούνται σε 4 μέρη:
