Now spending my last day in India in Rishikesh, Uttrakhand ⛰️
Sharing some pics from Pondicherry and Auroville (🇮🇳Tamil Nadu, South India).A place where I practice intensive sandhana🧘🏻♂️ (personal practice) deeply meditated with the Grace of Sri Aurobindo and the Mother in infinite silence observing the divine consciousness and trying to merge with my true Self. "I am that" , "So Ham ".
Pondicherry is an ex french 🇫🇷 colony with a strong heritage and architecture and beautiful sea front promenade and home to Sri Aurobindo ashram where his Samadhi (tomb) which also holds the body of the Mother, his successor as guru and spiritual master..this place is a heaven of peace in Pondicherry old town, it's strong energy is conductive to deep mental silence and meditation.
Auroville, a town envisioned by the Mother, a place that wants to be a universal, where men and women of all countries are able to live in peace and progressive harmony above all creeds, all politics and all nationalities. The purpose of Auroville is to realise human unity, the search of the truth and worship of the ultimate consciousness. It's home to the Matrimundir at its centre and known as the Soul of Auroville .A large golden monument symbolises a lotus and its petals which hold the "chamber" , a meditation room of deep silence dedicated to concentration on one's consciousness.
