✨🗓️ 17–20 September | Ta**ra for Women with Satsanga ✨

✨ Timetable: 09.30 - 14.30, plus 2 night sessions 21.30 - 23.00 ✨

Ta**ra for Women creates a safe container for women to move into a more loving and sensuous relationship with their body.

Ta***ic methods help us to become more sensitive and aware of the connection between our body and mind. In many practical ways we will learn how sexual energy runs through the body and how we can use it to become fully embodied in the feminine. If you have a partner, it will enhance your sexual relating immensely. If you don’t have partner, you can use these practices to find bliss within yourself.

When we become more open and aware - we also come in touch with our dark parts, our inner ‘demons’. Demons are shadow parts that we have send into the basement of our being. Fear, anger, and traumas related to our body, or our sexuality linger in the unconscious mind and keep us chained. We use an ancient method from the female lineage of the shamanic side of Tibetan Buddhism called ‘Feeding Your Demons’ to communicate with those shadow parts, to befriend them and find healing.

This workshop is supported by explorations through colour, clay and body painting. Experimenting with colours, shapes and materials in a meditative way reconnects us to our natural creative expression and our innocence.

We will conclude our inner work with a cleansing ritual in the waters of the Aegean Sea.
