✨ The art of adjustments ✨
Yoga is more than shapes — it’s about feeling, listening, and supporting.
When we offer adjustments, we’re not trying to “fix” a pose, but to guide awareness, create space, and help the body find its own intelligence.

In this practice I’m demonstrating gentle, mindful adjustments with my student in:
🌿 Parsvakonasana – grounding and expanding
🌸 Baddha Konasana – softening and opening
🔥 Pincha Mayurasana – trust, lift, and balance

Always with consent, presence, and respect 🤍
Because a good adjustment is a conversation, not a command.

I’m demoing a few advanced Ashtanga 4th series shapes first — just to show what consistent mobility work can lead to. 👉 Slide to see the drills that actually help you build this flexibility.

We’re opening the hips with a yoga block, working through cross-ankle-over-knee, and finishing with leg-behind-head preps — demonstrated on both sides for balance and ease.

Perfect for after a hard session or any time your body needs some space.
