Healing doesn’t always look the way we imagine it.
It’s not only about insight or strength — sometimes it’s about resting, allowing, or finding safety again.
Some days, healing means setting a boundary.
Other days, it means softening one.
In therapy, I often witness how change begins quietly — with awareness, a breath, a small act of self-kindness.
Maybe healing today looks like connection.
Or compassion.
Or simply noticing that something inside you is ready to move again. 🌿
