I want to invite you for two small ceremonies connected to the roughnights Rauhnächten. The one will be on December 21th. With a big fire smudges, meditation and a introduction into the deep meaning of theese dark nights and the German Celtic rituals. The second ceremony will be on December 24th with a cocao ceremony, sound meditation, a circle with candle lights to awake Christians love in us. If you are interested send me a Pm.

Next Thursday at 10.30 at Metacom I will start again with Easy Yoga, restorative and therapeutic. The next four lessons will be about the metall element and exercises for a healthy neck and shoulders. Helpful also for people with COPD or asthma.

Hallo friends for a good life. I started my Yoga class again on Monday at Metacom 18.30. We will work the next four lessons on neck and shoulders with exercises from. Chi Gong, Yoga and Feldenkrais. The mental project is to let go any resistance against the flow of cosmic intelligence. You are welcome.

Time for Yoga on the beach again. Fire and water movements for energizing and relaxing. Every Monday and Friday on the beach near the cat feeding station on the way to Anydri Beach. 6 pm. Have a sneak to open your heart and flow like water.
