Sandra arrived on Kos ready for a break, but what she experienced was so much more.
After her week with us, she wrote:
‘One of the most wonderful weeks I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, my shoulders dropped and I felt myself begin to truly unwind.’
Those were her words.
Every day was a perfect balance of movement and stillness.
Gentle mornings brought energy for the day, and yin in the evening grounded everything again.
Cycling along the coast.
Swiming in the sea.
Floating in the warm thermal springs.
A heart-opening cacao ceremony.
Deep, restorative massage.
Fresh local food shared with a warm, unpretentious group.
And at the end of the week, a sunset meditation. A closing moment of stillness as the light slowly disappeared behind the hills.
Space to breathe.
Space to soften.
Space to truly unwind.
She left feeling lighter, stronger and deeply nourished, her cup refilled.
