The first sport psychology collective of its kind in Greece, established alongside exceptional colleagues from the Lab of Exercise Psychology & Quality of Life, University of Thessaly, providing psychological preparation and support to our athletes 🙏🏼

When demands were high, working as a collective with professional and scientific standards helped our team keep pushing and staying motivated 💪🏼

With grit and resilience, the Bronze medal was brought home — the first medal in Men’s European Water Polo Championships history! 🥉

Kicking off the training season for our Greek Water Polo team with a hands on mindfulness workshop! Staying present, perform in flow! 🧠 🌊

Inspired to keep raising the mental performance of our athletes together with our great team of sport psychologists from the University of Thessaly!

The key is always interdisciplinary work with our exceptional coaching staff, physiotherapists, strength and conditioning coach, physician, exercise physiologist 🤝

With great pleasure, I attended the grand opening of Isokinetic in Athens, a FIFA-endorsed Sports Medicine Clinic internationally recognized for its multidisciplinary and evidence-based approach to athlete rehabilitation.

Thank you for the invite . It is always inspiring to connect and share perspectives with top-tier sports medicine physicians and scientists who share the same vision and passion for athlete enhancement.

🧠🔫 “Strategic Self-Talk and Readiness Potential in Pistol Shooting: A Pilot Study on the Attentional Self-Talk Mechanism”

We found that instructional self-talk (cues words like “steady” or “soft pull”) can potentially:
✅ Improve shooting performance
✅ Help stabilise aim
✅ Prepare the brain more efficiently prior to shot release

👉 We open new research pathways toward linking self-talk to brain activity in sport research!

Bronze medal for our Greek Men’s Water Polo Team! Following a devastating last-second semifinal defeat, the whole team came back with persistence and resilience to proudly reach the podium!
