Jedna Mladost Split held their national championship, welcoming 16 participants, 4 judges and a few observers!

It was a close battle with Ana taking first place and Josip second, sharing the prize pool. Prior to this there had also been an internal championship for all the youth that participated in the making of the game, where Toma and Iva won their place in Greece this July.

Everyone enjoyed the competition, their feedback was that the game was fun, fast, easy to follow, and super social, with a really positive and chill vibe. They also shared that they were able to learn some new things, especially around diversity and EU values.

Our game is fully designed, prepared and ready to print!

Over the following months we will be holding national competitions in each country to decide who goes to Greece.

The players will compete in a round robin competition in a race to win 28 cards, spotting the different diversities from our five countries and from EU Values and the EU Green Deal.

Our first championship took place in Croatia, and we'll be announcing the winners this week!

🎨 Workshop 2 in Greece 🫶🏻
🤩Creativity continued at KDAP MEA Prosvasi Larissas during our second Spot The Diversity workshop!
🥳This time, participants explored the world of pictograms, learning how simple symbols can communicate powerful messages without using words.
🌼Through hands-on activities, teamwork, and lots of imagination, everyone designed their own visual symbols inspired by diversity and everyday life.
🎴Ideas, creativity, and smiles filled the room as our future game cards started coming to life! 🃏

🎨 Workshop 1 – Introduction to Graphic Design

✌️We successfully completed the first workshop of our Spot The Diversity project, in Greece!

🎡Participants explored the fundamentals of graphic design through interactive activities, discussions, and creative exercises. From analysing good and bad design to drawing famous logos from memory, young people discovered how visual communication shapes the world around us.

💡 Key topics included:
• What is design?
• The difference between good and bad design
• The “10 Commandments of Design”
• How logos evolve over time

The workshop encouraged critical thinking, creativity, and teamwork, essential skills for the next stages of our journey, where participants will design symbols for the Spot The Diversity card game.
