After completing her formal training as a body stress release practitioner she found that working on her clients’ physical ailments without addressing the spiritual and emotional aspects was limiting the recovery process. In addition to muscle releasing Alexandra specialises in removing unhealthy attachments that we may have generated through our many and varied experiences. She is focused on clearing and cleansing any spiritual, emotional and energetic baggage that could be contributing to the presentation of the physical, emotional or mental ailments. She is able to connect with the real issues and help her clients recover on all levels. She is a true healer and assists her client in achieving a light and healthy life. She also offers classes and one-on-one sessions for Bars Access Consciousness, which involves gently touching and holding 32 points on the head. This starts to release any limiting belief, thoughts, points of view that you may have made 'yours' and that often don't even belong to you and are keeping you stuck - including in relationships, money, body and health. You leave the session feeling amazingly light and more spacious and aware of different possibilities and choices to change what's not working for you. Alexandra currently lives and works in Greece.
