A little early weekend away, with my guy ❤️ (and a few others) a rare escape from routine and being child free - we love him to the moon but it’s nice to be just the two of us just for a night.

Hmmm…..See how I had to qualify that statement…as it somehow makes me feel some guilt to write that….mothering is such a ride - so much guilt associated with taking time for you/away from your kids. Even though we know it makes us better parents in the long-term and it is so healthy for our kids to take time out from us too….

Massive appreciation to our friends too. Living away from family means they become your family network, and we are so grateful for the many great ones we have met being here. Thanks to the ones who happily took H for the night so we could experience this little break. We invited him with us but there was no competition when he had the offer to stay with his friends! He absolutely loved it 😍

P.S. my nickname is squirrel 🐿️ - I think I’m demonstrating why well in that first photo 🤣

One space has opened up on my Ithaca retreat 💙🇬🇷

This can be either a single occupancy, double or twin shared space in one of the unique luxury Mongolian yurts

I am so looking forward to hosting this retreat in this most beautiful of spaces and mythical of Islands.

I will be joined by my co-host, the beautiful and incredibly intuitive and inspiring soul that is Nadine from

We will lead you through yoga and movement practices twice daily, meditation, pranayama, workshops, hiking sea swims and lots more. All in luxurious and peaceful surroundings and with wonderful nourishing food to keep us energised and balanced throughout our stay.

Optional excursions also available and massage and other treatments will be available from the talented on-site therapist Elizabeth.

This retreat will be focussing on practices to help us move into and welcome Spring 🌷 To help us to shed the sleep of winter and flourish and bloom into the new season. We hope to leave you relaxed, nourished, inspired and fizzing with energy and a renewed sense of joy ✨

A joyful bank holiday carnival 🎭 weekend, which unfortunately I didn’t manage to see much of due to a menopausal headache (oh the joys of this phase of life!) but after listening in and resting I was able to really enjoy today, as celebrations finished with clean Monday - A day for kite 🪁 flying, special food and great community spirit to mark the start of lent.

And don’t worry despite the first photo looking like I don’t, I do in fact still have both my arms 🤣

It’s been a while as we moved house and had no internet for 6 weeks but we are back in the land of online💃

So if you would like to join me for some online yoga where simply put we move, breathe and rest, you can find me on the following times and days on zoom:

Weekly:
Monday 7.30-8.15am
Tuesday 6-7pm
Wednesday 7.30-8.15am
Friday 7.30-8.15am

First Sunday of the month:
9.30-11am flow
17.45-19.15 yin & yoga nidra

I am so sorry but it has been brought to my attention that I must have some paperwork to run classes at Kontarana, as such I have to delay the start of the classes for a week or two until I can get this administration sorted. We’re on the move! 🚚

Finally after many years of dreaming of this moment we have done it! We have brought a house! 🏡

Beyond excited, joyful and happy to be able to do this. Thanks to those who have made this dream a reality we are extremely grateful to you all and feeling so blessed to have security and a place to really make our own home and to never move again - unless we want to of course!

We are also beyond tired from all those trips up and down the stairs😂 Wishing we had our strava on for altitude as we think it must have been at least a Ben Nevis’s worth 😂

But looks like one more van-load to go and that’s it! Except at the moment we’ve got no electric ⚡️ or internet so bear with us for a few more days as we navigate this last hurdle - hoping to be back online teaching by mid-end of next week.

PS the house has a separate two bedroom apartment so no excuses friends and relatives to not come visit us now! We would be delighted to see you 💙🇬🇷

Wow what a week! Yogiki #6

Wonderful wonderful souls, laughter, tears, singing, soulful chats and nourished friendships, music, boat trips, e-bikes, sea swims, sunrises and sunsets, soulful food, and a week of beautiful practice working our way through the chakras.

Everyone has left rooted and rising and with full hearts and spacious bodies and minds.

Thank you so much team Perry for lending us your beautiful wife and mamma.

And thank you as ever I am left replenished and shining brighter after a week with you. So much love for you dear dear friend. Will miss you loads but our next adventure is just around the corner ❤️❤️
