She has seen the difference it makes to a person, whether they are super fit or with body issues, young or a little older! Every exercise is crafted to produce positive change and with her eye for detail and care for each and every person, results happen. Turn yourself around from weakness, tightness and bad posture to strength, flexibility and elegance. Her journey into Mindfulness happened at a point in her life when she felt she needed change. Taking an 8 Week Mindfulness course was the turn around she had been looking for. Daily meditation along with learning about the mind allowed her to become less stressed and happier within herself. Appreciation of life, the people around her and an authentic natural level of communication were a few of the benefits. She then trained to teach the same course herself so others could benefit from mindfulness. The retreats were a natural follow on from her training. With the help of excellent cooks, holistic practitioners, fantastic villas and locations they have become a must have for many of her clients who come back year after year. She has been running retreats since 2014.

I’ve just returned from a deeply transformative 10-day silent Buddhist retreat, and I feel more grounded, calm and inspired than ever… and it feels like the perfect time to share some beautiful retreat updates.

I’m so happy to say that my March Bali Retreat is now fully booked 🌿🌺
9 wonderful guests will be joining me for a week of restoration, connection, and deep self-care.

A small practice with a big impact 🍃

One thing I often teach is this: most tension in the body comes from unconscious effort.
We brace, grip, and hold without realising - especially when life feels busy or overwhelming.

Mindful Pilates invites you to notice how you’re moving, not just what you’re doing. When you soften the jaw, relax the shoulders, and let the breath move freely, the nervous system receives a signal of safety. From there, strength builds without strain, and the mind naturally quietens.

A simple reminder for today:
Move a little slower than you think you need to.
And stretch through the long breathe out.
Breathe a little deeper than feels habitual.
Notice how you feel in your mind and body afterwards.
