Yoga in Fiskardo

Yoga in Fiskardo Yoga classes in English for all levels. Marialena teaches vinyasa flow yoga, driving you to feel your body through your breath and the variations of asanas.

Private individual or group classes available at your place, upon request. Feel your breath-Feel your body. Weekly classes in english at your holiday villa. Marialena, a certified Yoga Instructor 200hr recently trained in Sampoorna, Goa, India, specializes in Vinyasa Flow. All levels are welcome. Expect a creative dynamic fluid practice warming the body - focusing on the rhythm of the breath - allowing greater flexibility, lengthening of the muscles and activating your inner strength! Group or private lessons available all summer long upon request.

Feeling so much grateful to beloved Katherine Maraveyas, who shared her love for yoga these last years in Fiskardo.
She showed to me confidence to take over this yoga page and the least I could say is many many thanks to this beautiful soul!

Now we welcome this- special for everybody- summer to release
our mind from the stressful thoughts, moving our body by following our breath
and finally to surrender to the unique experience of yoga!
