It’s been a little while.. We finished two wonderful retreats and we have been recouping and preparing our next season! We could not be more excited to announce here- officially- our Spring retreats of 2026! 🌼

We have planned our retreats to match UK holidays so you will take the least time off work. So, whether you want to go away on Easter, May bank holiday or Spring bank holiday, we’ve got you! 🗓️

Some of you have already booked and this makes us incredibly happy. Being grateful is an understatement.

Flights are really cheap right now and our retreats still have spaces. We will be absolutely delighted to serve as many of you as we can fit in our villa. (12 spaces max per retreat).

Are you very much into Calisthenics or just intrigued by them?

Perfectly complementing to and contrary to yoga practice, Calisthenics are a more “pull” focused discipline. It’s a fun way to workout with various iteration and stages of moves, making them accessible to all levels.

Our next 5-day Calisthenics retreat is the 25th of October.

We will be offering our usual yoga, breath and sound and ice bath practices alongside a Calisthenics focused retreat.

This is a fun, fitness and yoga retreat.
