Hello beautiful friends of yoga.

In times of challenges and changes we have to deal with the distance between us.
Even if I enjoy the most, the personal and energetical contact between us during the yoga lessons, I would like to bring the yoga-classes to your house, to come at least in this way closer to you.
This I realize with 2 live video classes for the beginning via internet per week .
If you feel like to get a littlebit sunshine and a nice natural background ambience into your house accompanied with a wonderful class of yoga (you already know with me :-) ), please send an email to

The last whole week I was sharing the yoga class with a wonderful and harmonic family from Belgium. I am grateful, I learned a lot with fun and I feel blessed. Thank you very much.
