✨ 2024: A Year to Remember ✨

Every year brings its lessons and accomplishments. 2024 was a special one for me, filled with moments that inspire me to dream bigger and keep moving forward.
1. My first collaboration with the global brand Swarovski. A priceless experience 🤍

2. Working with Range Rover—a brand that, like me, values elegance and strength.

3. Ranked #1 travelers choice winner on TripAdvisor 2024 for yoga & wellness on Mykonos.

4. Over 1,000 classes taught. It’s not just a number—it’s the energy shared with each student.

5. Private sessions with players from the basketball team Panathinaikos. I’m proud to contribute to their strength and success!

6. Moving into a new apartment. A space where new ideas are born and a place that feels like home after busy days.

7. Buying a car. Another step forward toward personal goals and comfort.

8. And, of course, the most precious thing—quality time with my daughter. This year taught me to cherish every moment we spend together even more.

💭 2024 was a year of growth, change, and gratitude. May the new year bring even more bright opportunities, accomplishments, and joy!

How Yoga Changed My Life 👇

Yoga taught me to listen to my body, to stop chasing perfection, and instead appreciate the process.

Through regular practice, I learned to control my breath, which helped me manage stress in everyday life. The asanas became a tool for restoring physical balance and health, while meditation opened up a new level of inner peace and harmony ✨

But the most significant change was in my mindset 🙏
I started listening to myself more, respecting my boundaries, and living at a pace that truly suits me.

Yoga became more than just a physical practice — it became a way of living mindfully, with presence and self-love 🧘‍♀️

IS IT TO DO YOGA IN THE MORNING OR AT THE EVENING?

Each has its own benefits:

🍀 I usually do power yoga in the mornings. It helps me stay focused, energized and toned all day long.

🍀 In the evening I use stretching techniques, they relieve fatigue from the day’s stress and make me fresh and calm.

HOW OFTEN SHOULD YOU DO YOGA?

🍀 Most teachers, myself included, recommend practicing three to five times a week to make steady progress.

🍀 A large study of yoga practitioners found that people who practiced at least five times a week had the best results:

- in terms of overall health,

- sleep,

- low fatigue,

- a general sense of well-being.
