Ενα πολύ απαιτητικό περιστατικό με οριζόντια και κατακόρυφη έλλειψη οστού.‼️

Αποφασιστηκε ολική ανασύσταση κάτω γνάθου και τοποθέτηση 4 εμφυτευμάτων «biorizon conical» σε ένα χρόνο με corticocancellous allograft (Maxxeus) σε συνδυασμό με PRF & μεμβράνες PRT. 🦷💉

A highly demanding case with both horizontal and vertical bone deficiency. A one-stage full mandibular reconstruction was planned and performed, including the placement of four Biorizon conical implants. Bone augmentation was achieved using a corticocancellous allograft (Maxxeus) in combination with PRF, covered with PRT membranes.
