Connected, Cooperative and Automated Mobility ( ) is changing the ways we travel, move goods, and design our cities. However, this shift affects not only technology but also transforms jobs, skills, and innovation across the mobility ecosystem.

📌 𝐇𝐞𝐫𝐞’𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐞. The EU must ensure that its is well prepared for the new roles, tools, and ways of working. If we do not act now, skills gaps may slow down the transition, limit competitiveness, and leave workers behind.

🎊 We are proud to be a partner of the Reskilling Project, a Horizon Europe initiative (Grant Agreement No. 101147328) that aims to support Europe’s mobility workforce in adapting to emerging technologies linked to Connected, Cooperative and Automated Mobility (CCAM).

Over the past ten months, the project has made significant progress, including the mapping of jobs potentially impacted by CCAM and a preliminary assessment of CCAM-related employment effects.

Among its key objectives, the project seeks to:
1️⃣ Identify the main skills gaps that workers in the transport and mobility sectors will need to address to be better prepared for the CCAM transition.
2️⃣ Develop business models (for companies) and training tools (for workers across different categories) to strengthen skills and adaptability to new technologies.
