🙃Μαζευόμαστε γύρω από τις αιώρες μας και ξεκινάμε ένα μαγικό ταξίδι, πετώντας και κολυμπώντας! 🎊 Γνωρίζουμε νέα μέρη μέσα από παραμύθια και 🧙🏽‍♂️ ιστορίες, μαθαίνουμε να αναπνέουμε σωστά και να χρησιμοποιούμε το σώμα μας πάνω και κάτω από τα πανιά. 🤸🏽

Μιμούμαστε μαϊμούδες που κρέμονται 🐒 από τα δέντρα, σκύλους, γάτες και ψάρια, κάνουμε κωλοτούμπες, κατακόρυφα και 🎁 πολλά–πολλά ακόμα!
Μέσα από το παιχνίδι και την κίνηση χτίζουμε την αυτοπεποίθησή μας, μαθαίνουμε να εμπιστευόμαστε τον εαυτό μας και την ομάδα, με yoga σε ζευγάρια στις αιώρες. Και πάνω απ’ όλα… περνάμε υπέροχα!💗

Το πάρτυ κλείνει με face painting 😜, για να ολοκληρώσουμε ό,τι έχουμε φανταστεί!

We are thrilled to announce that the wonderful Adam Keen will be joining us at our shala this summer for a two-week Ashtanga Yoga retreat, from Friday 5 June to Thursday 18 June.

Adam has been a dedicated yoga practitioner since 1999 and has been teaching Ashtanga Yoga internationally for over 20 years. In 2012, he completed the Advanced A sequence with Sharath, who granted him authorization to teach. Adam’s approach is open, non-dogmatic, and eclectic, while remaining deeply rooted in a genuine appreciation of the Ashtanga method and its benefits.

This retreat is a beautiful opportunity to practice, study, and deepen your understanding of Ashtanga Yoga under the guidance of an experienced and inspiring teacher.

I love Mysore people. To me, we are a true tribe. In a world where everyone is rushing, where schedules overflow and energy runs thin, Mysore practitioners still show up. They honour their bodies, tend to their minds, and nourish their souls. They arrive quietly, unroll their mats, and commit to the inner work, no matter what life brings.

Ashtanga is not an easy practice, nor is it a commercial one. It demands effort, patience, and humility. But that is exactly why its rewards are profound. You must work to taste its fruits and when you do, something inside shifts forever.

Those who walk this path know its magic. They love it, they respect it, and they return again and again, because they are people of action, discipline, and heart. I hold them in the highest regard, and I am inspired by every single one of them.

Η εμπειρία συνεχίζεται!🙃Μετά το πρώτο, sold-out εργαστήρι, επιστρέφουμε με ένα νέο τρίωρο ταξίδι στην AcroYoga🧜🏽, όπου οι κατακόρυφες θέσεις (Handstands), η εμπιστοσύνη και η συνεργασία συναντιούνται ξανά 🐒 αυτή τη φορά με πιο ρευστή κίνηση, περισσότερη σύνδεση και δημιουργικό flow.

✨Το Volume II είναι ανοιχτό για όλους — είτε συμμετείχες στο προηγούμενο είτε έρχεσαι πρώτη φορά.
Κάθε σώμα και κάθε επίπεδο έχει θέση σε αυτό το εργαστήρι🐦‍🔥

As I evolve both as a student and as a teacher, I observe time passing through my practice and through the people who enter my classes. My shala is growing, the community is growing. I see people becoming practitioners, flourishing in their lives through this amazing tool called yoga. And I am grateful.

Yoga is not just another session in a gym. Yoga is a powerful, transformative practice that guides us toward the best version of ourselves. It is a way of living more consciously. The advanced yogi is not the one who can perform every posture, but the one who understands yoga as a language of love towards oneself and towards others.

I never believed much in teachers or gurus as figures of authority. On my path, many tried to convince me otherwise, feeling superior or acting as if they were great teachers to be obeyed. This is kind of an ashtanga thing. I always reacted on that issues and some times not in a very diplomatic way. But I strongly believe we are all students, we are all friends. We are building a community with the intention to support, to grow, and to live truly.

These days, I feel deeply grateful because I can see my dream becoming real.
Unity that's the only true yoga. ❤️

Σε αυτό το τρίωρο εργαστήριο θα εστιάσουμε στη ρευστότητα της κίνησης, μέσω καθοδηγούμενων και μη κινητικών συνδυασμών που στοχεύουν στο συντονισμό των κινήσεων, στην ευλυγισία και στην κινητικότητα των αρθρώσεων🐦‍🔥
