When stress factors are released, then what lies under the surface is the serenity of your own being, the unique, authentic self, utterly conscious and assertive. Connecting with your self in such a way is a most sacred and auspicious act that can only impact you and your life in a light, natural, and non judgemental way making you a beaming light for others, too. Breathing is feeling and feeling is letting go and becoming. Regular Conscious Breathwork can lead you to insights and realisations of adopted patterns and behaviours that were hindering your life, love and joy and guide you to live your own path in the most empowering way. How do I know? I`ve been ignorant, judgemental, depressive, suppressive and dark into my choices. I`ve allowed people to step on me, hurt me, only because this was the only way I could perceive myself onto the world. My reality had been low, my self confidence more. Until I decided no more! I want a miracle to take me out of this place! And when I prayed and cried then I started being receptive to the information coming my way and took all of it and soaked it in.
