Over 30 of us answered the call this weekend. Two sound baths beneath the first New Moon of 2026. We gathered with the intention: to let go of the old stories and make space for what wants to be born.

When the instruments began to stir in the room, something profound unfolded.

When your nervous system encounters coherent, stable frequencies, it starts to sync up. The brain begins building new neural pathways. Old patterns that have been running on repeat, the ones that kept you in survival mode, begin to dissolve.

This is resonance. Every cell in your body has a natural vibration. Sound creates the conditions for alignment at a cellular level. With the right frequency, cells can even regenerate. Cymatics proves it. This is physics.

Sound gently interrupts the rhythms that no longer serve you and offers new ones to follow. Through repetition, new patterns take hold. Your body learns a different way. One that trusts instead of braces.

And when we do this together, in community, under a New Moon? The transformation deepens. Old stories lose their grip. New possibilities find room to breathe.

What emerged from those two circles was clear, aligned, and reborn.

The seeds are planted. Now we tend to them ✨

Dear community,

Quick update about our community sound bath this weekend. Saturday night (Jan 17th) is currently full, but if there is any interest to join we'd be happy to add you to the waitlist in case of any cancellation. Sunday we have 2 more spaces open for anyone who would like to join the collective circle.

As we honor the first New Moon of 2026, we gather in sacred community to plant seeds of intention for the year ahead. This is a powerful moment for release and renewal, for letting go of old stories and welcoming new possibilities.

We'll come together for a 60-minute immersive sound journey. These healing frequencies will support you in letting go of what no longer serves and opening space for fresh beginnings. Whether you're setting intentions, releasing old patterns, or simply seeking rest and restoration, this experience will meet you exactly where you are.

Something powerful is moving.. our Saturday’s community sound bath filled with such ease and flow that we’re creating space to gather again on Sunday, January 18th.

The new moon portal is still wide open, inviting us to plant seeds for what wants to be born and to gently release what 2025 is asking us to let go of. You’ll be held in the same safe container at Om Home, surrounded by the 432 Hz frequencies that tune your body back to its natural rhythm, its deepest knowing.
