Maria Baziakou, BSc, MSc, Biologist at Embryolab, participated as a speaker at the MEFS 2025 Conference in Dubai.

In her presentation, she shared a study entitled: "" Antioxidant treatment lowers semen DNA Fragmentation Index but does not provide protection from induced DNA damage during s***m processing.”

The research was conducted at Embryolab Fertility Clinic in collaboration with CooperSurgical Medical Affairs, exploring how the choice of s***m processing method impacts the DNA fragmentation index in men with a history of elevated DFI, even after antioxidant treatment.

We are proud to actively contribute to advancing knowledge in male fertility and remain committed to research that drives more targeted and meaningful care.
