AFRODITE TECHNIQUE”

Η τεχνική μου «Αφροδίτη» παρουσιάστηκε για πρώτη φορά στο συνέδριο LEX21 .

Η Αφροδίτη είναι μια εξειδικευμένη ρεφλεξολογική τεχνική που εφαρμόζεται με τη χρήση κοχυλιού σε αντανακλαστικά σημεία των πελμάτων.
Ο σκοπός της είναι η εξισορρόπηση του αυτόνομου νευρικού συστήματος και η επαναφορά της ομοιόστασης του οργανισμού.

Μέσα από ήπιους, ρυθμικούς χειρισμούς, η τεχνική συμβάλλει στην αποφόρτιση της έντασης, στην ανακούφιση από συμπτώματα άγχους και στη διαχείριση κρίσεων πανικού, προσφέροντας στο σώμα και το νευρικό σύστημα την ευκαιρία να επανέλθουν σε κατάσταση ηρεμίας.

Η “Αφροδίτη” συνδυάζει τη δύναμη της Ρεφλεξολογίας με τη φυσική ενέργεια της θάλασσας, μέσα από την υφή και τη δόνηση του κοχυλιού.

Μια ήπια, αλλά βαθιά αποτελεσματική τεχνική για την αποκατάσταση της εσωτερικής ισορροπίας.

Another great opportunity was given at the ICR conference. I had the pleasure of finally meeting Alicia Lopez Blanco in person.
Alicia Lopez Blanco is a specialist in Clinical Psychology, graduated from the University of Palermo, in Buenos Aires, Argentina, with Medal and Diploma of Honor, Cum Laude category. (MN 35629). Postgraduate diplomas in: Holistic Health Approach (Centro Salud y Gestalt). Brief Psychotherapies (Instituto Argentino de Psicoterapia Breve). Sophrology and Clinical Hypnosis (Colegio Médico de Avellaneda). Reflexologist and Certified Trainer from the International Institute of Reflexology. St. Petersburg, Florida, USA, Representative Office of the Republic of Argentina from 1992 to 1999. Specialized in Holistic Reflexology, certified with the Grinberg Holland Method, Amstelveen, Holland. Honorary member of the Argentine Association of Reflexologists and currently member of the Academic Excellence Committee.
In 2004, when I moved to Barcelona, ​​Alicia's book *Reflexology Manual. Holistic Method*, helped me learn the technical terms of reflexology. I am very grateful that with her book I was able to develop my practice in Spanish, and in a way it helped me enter the Spanish-speaking world of reflexology.
It was really fun when I explained to her that the name Alicia when translated into Greek is *AliKi* and that we share the same name. She commented that she preferred *AliKi* to Alicia and that she might use *AliKi* in the future.
The next day I was pleasantly surprised by the gift she gave me! Her new book, *Emotions and Trauma* is a book that explores the polyneurovagal theory, offering a new understanding of how our autonomic nervous system influences our emotions and our ability to connect with others, and how this relates to attachment bonds, highlighting how past experiences shape our emotional responses in the present.
With a practical and accessible approach, this book provides tools for managing stress, relieving symptoms of trauma, and cultivating mindfulness, thus promoting greater emotional well-being and a more conscious life. Of course, all of this is all intertwined with Holistic Reflexology.
