"One of the highlights of our stay was the yoga session with Vala. We booked a 9am family class, (of 9) and she was amazing! So kind, patient, and skilled~~definitely a must-do if you 're staying at the lake. ( ) We can't recommend her enough!

We had 5 adults and 4 children. My cell is not linked to this laptop yet but will do my tech best to get photos up asap. It was a blast mixing mindfulness, "Slowga" and acroyoga to keep it interesting for the young ones~

I am partaking on a 40 Day journey of transformation based in my 24 years of Energy as medicine, healing journey and desire to expand to deeper levels of love that I Am. Through ancient wisdom teachings from around the world from which have gotten me through what I call my " Lotus School". Many teachings are pre-Hindu and are over 5,000 years old through unbroken lineages of teachers.

This is known in the east as a "bodhisattva".

My journey in the healing arts has given direct knowing of these hidden to our physical eyes effects on my life. I discovered a release in symptoms after 4 years of inhibited breathing due to a clogged sinus system with energy medicine in the early 2000's.
