New and full moons are special moments to bring inner awareness and meditate, to feel the effects and sensations of the moon cycle, of Mother Nature. And to notice how it affects each of us mentally, physically, emotionally and energetically.
It has been proven that moon impacts the circadian rythms, sleep patterns, the menstrual cycle and the hormonal system.
By meditating, you can acknowledge where your mind goes, where you direct your mental energy, which mental stories you decide to believe and mantain. You observe mind patterns, your patterns (either conscious or unconscious) and once you identify them, you have the option to decide whether to transform and liberate yourself.
The thoughts you believe (inner beliefs you hold, limitations), either true or not, will create your subjective reality. You see the world, other people, situations and even yourself from an individual perspective, from your own experiences and growth.
