A Group Integral Sound Healing session works both with the benefits of sound healing and group energies. It is said that “The biggest impediments to realizing the successes of which we dream are the limitations programmed into the subconscious. This limitations not only influence our behavior, they can also play a major role in determining our physiology and health. As we’ve seen the mind plays a powerful role in controlling the biological systems that keep us alive”. (The Biology of Belief, Bruce Lipton). There is a part of the session when we work with sounds of sonic instruments and voice to transform resistance and reform. We have released and let go and now we fill with new patterns. Crystal Singing Bowls.
These are not ancient sound healing instruments like the Gongs or Tibetan Bowls, in my case it has taken me longer to use them.
After many years of practice I have deepen my connection with this instruments and love them. I honor the transformations this sounds can produce. In all our bodies: physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. As Ted Andrews says a Crystal bowl works with sacred sound, it is an excellent tool for manifesting the energies of our prayers and affirmations”. I have seen along my practice deep healing transformations occur when playing this bowls.

And I love the mix of masculine and feminine energies. Bowl represents feminine energy and the mallet/wand the masculine. The sounds can be angelic and transport you to other realms. As long as you have the training and connection/intuition you can help the healing path of other people. I always use a wand that is a wooden stick with a round rubber ball to play the frosted bowls, as other mallets produce an uncomfortable sound (like a shhhhh) that can be disturbing both for the facilitator and for the person receiving. Frosted bowls can produce deep tones and sustain them for longer periods of time. The clear bowls can produce sounds that transform energies and are played with a suede covered wand. Both have their place during an Integral Sound Healing session. It will depend on what I am looking to work. We can combine them to create intervals (with two bowls of different notes) or triads with three bowls. In Integral Sound Healing we use different intervals and triads depending on what we can to work during the healing work. We can use them to release blockages or emotions or to harmonize. Always surrounded by beauty! But to enjoy you need to remind yourself of breathing and taking the time to stop and observe. Every day this flowers change. I sometimes go around with my tuning forks and share sounds with them. Colors are magnificent!
